Building Trust provides buildings and design services to those most in
need of the basic human rights to shelter and access to education,
relief of the negative effects of poverty and in some cases creating a
catalyst for further community development and involvement. We hope to
increase the knowledge of sustainable building techniques promoting an
environmentally sensitive approach and offering a holistic design
approach at no cost to those most in need. In the process of
completing our primary aim we create opportunities for education and
learning for both the client group and volunteers. We aim to cater to
a wide range of groups including those displaced by war, famine or
natural disaster, those affected by physical or mental health issues
and those affected by poverty.
